2019 Transatlantic Race
Commanders’ Weather has provided weather support to the winning yachts for the last 2 Transatlantic races (2011 and 2015) and the Transatlantic monohull speed record set by Comanche in 2016.
Race Forecast Packages
A total package is $300 and includes the following:

Sunday, June 23 – Weather forecast for the first 6 days of the race, sent to your email, including the latest Gulf Stream Analysis, Ice information, surface weather maps going out 8 days, and routing suggestions

Monday, June 24 – Weather forecast for the first 7 days of the race, sent to your email, including the latest Gulf Stream Analysis, Ice information, surface weather maps going out 8 days, and routing suggestions

Tuesday, June 25 (race start) – Final weather package that will give the weather forecast for the first 8 days of the race, the final Gulf Stream and Ice information, surface weather maps going out 8 days, and routing suggestions

The general weather briefing will be held Tuesday morning June 25th for Commanders’ Weather clients at the Newport Bay Club between 7:30am-8:30am. The briefing will be conducted by Ken Campbell and Chris Wasserback, followed by a question and answer period.
